1. Trash/Cardboard duty at work... 9 hrs of lifting, running back and forth, breaking boxes...sooo tired

EXERCISE
1. Carrying heavy objects/going up and down ladders/etc at workTHINSPOFirst week is not going so well. I need to wake up early and run. But I haven't been.. I keep putting my social life first over eating well and exercising. Like, my friends and I usually only get to hang out at night because of our work schedules... At the beginning of the summer we would play lax and run together--but it's impossible to do that now. I just need to do it for ME and get out there. I shouldn't need anyone else to MAKE me exercise.
I need to, therefore I will.Shock them ALL.

Overslept this morning and didn't get to go through with my plan from last night. I was late so I had to drive.. Ugh. The rest of the week I WILL walk. Gosh darnit.Shock them all.
If I don't run today, I will have to run twice on one of the remaining days of the week. Ew. So, hopefully I get my ass out there. I think I'm just going to try to get up early from now on and run in the morning before work and have my cool-down be my walk to my job..Or run after. Or both.
My mom is making this pasta recipe that she made up..so delicious... meaning, LOTS OF CALORIES, I'm assuming. Since it's made with alfredo sauce, whole milk (ew), regular white pasta, and garlic.. She throws in a bunch of veggies too--mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onions.. So good. I'm planning on eating only 2 cups worth of it and a salad. Mmmmmm!
