  • Whistle while you work!!!

    Day 10

    My feet hurt..   But I burned tons of calories!!!!

    INTAKE
    B:  Special K w/2%, banana, Wawa 24 oz hazelnut coffee w/splenda-halfnhalf-hazelnut creamer
    L:  Tuna fish sandwich, some cherries, some slices of an apple, water
    D:  2 cups of my mom's pasta, 2% milk
    S:  Cherries, apple slices
    S:  (planned) lite&fit popcorn

    EXERCISE
    1.  Trash/Cardboard duty at work... 9 hrs of lifting, running back and forth, breaking boxes...sooo tired

    Working all day is good for me.  It succeeds in allowing me to avoid bored eating.  I'm exhausted..I am avoiding the snack food cabinet.  I can do this.


    Shock them ALL.
