    Day 6

    ...When I need this place most.

    INTAKE
    B:  Wawa sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, 24 oz hazelnut coffee w/splenda
    L:  Grilled chicken parm sandwich, mixed fruit, 20 oz hazelnut coffee w/splenda
    S:  Kiwi Strawberry Snapple
    D:  Ramen noodles, skim milk

    EXERCISE
    1.  Carrying heavy objects/going up and down ladders/etc at work

    First week is not going so well.  I need to wake up early and run.  But I haven't been.. I keep putting my social life first over eating well and exercising.  Like, my friends and I usually only get to hang out at night because of our work schedules...  At the beginning of the summer we would play lax and run together--but it's impossible to do that now.  I just need to do it for ME and get out there.  I shouldn't need anyone else to MAKE me exercise.

    I need to, therefore I will.

    Shock them ALL.
